We pick up from the following hotels only:
SSH+SHO: Boulevard 8.30 / Vibe (Goulburn St) 8.40 / Holiday Inn (Darling Harbour) 8.50 / Four Seasons (rear in Harrington St) 9.00.
BMC: Boulevard 7.00 / Vibe (Goulburn St) 7.10 / Holiday Inn (Darling Harbour) 7.20 / Four Seasons (rear in Harrington St) 7.30.
Extended tours:
Accommodation on extended tours is booked in 3-4* Hotels/Lodges/Resorts. There are also two very basic accommodations that we use for a night on the HRC and on the QRA due to the remote nature of some of the places we visit. These are as follows:
- Glen Helen Lodge in Central Australia on the HRC tour
- Mungumby Rainforest Lodge in tropical Queensland on the QRA tour.
Upgrade to 5* Hotel/Resort where available is possible at extra cost
Change of routing/hotels may be necessary due to road closures or flooding or unforeseen circumstances
Walks and activities will be adjusted to the fitness level of participants
Changing local driver guides
Number of Participants:
All tours: min: 2, max: 12 (except on cruises BOZ/WDU) / EnigmaX cruises: min: 2 pax, max 14 Pax, all other cruises – more passengers
Child Discount: 50% up to 5 years / 30% from 6 to 8 years / 25% from 9 to 12 years.
Cancellation Policy:
If the tour is cancelled by an agent or client, the following fees apply:
30 (+) days before departure: full refund / 29 – 15 days: 25% of fare / 14 – 3 days: 50% of fare / 2 days or less: no refund.
Payment Policy:
Pre-payment of all tours/services is required no later than 1 (one) week prior to tour departure. Late payment will incur fees
